‘별미’ 영어로?
Myong-jun sat down and drank his tea. the indian tea was much more bitter than the one he had drunk in the POW camp. Yet, from time to time, the captain invited Myong-jun to take the tea, as if it were a gourmet tea
앉으면서, 커피잔을 입으로 가져간다. 수용소에서 마시던 것보다 씁쓸한 맛이 나는 인도 차를, 별미라고 가끔 불러서 이렇게 내놓는다.

'Gourmet=별미'
별미란 특별히 좋은 맛. 또는 그 맛을 지닌 음식이라는 뜻입니다.
Gourmet이 명사로 쓰일 때는 미식가, 형용사로 쓰일 때는 고급 음식, 별미라는 의미를 표현합니다.
Collins:Gourmet food is nicer or more unusual or sophisticated than ordinary food, and is often more expensive.
